Mexican grilled corn,  grilled chicken and easy grill bacons

With me turning into a foodie if wish that the entire world turns into a foodie, life of a foodie is said to be difficult until the time the foodie can’t cook but as I wish everyone to turn out to be a foodie I m here for the rescue with some amazing recipes

Mexican grilled corn

Ingredients needed –

  1. Mayonnaise ( ½ cup)
  2. Fresh parmesan, grated (01 cups)
  3. Lemon juice (01 lemons)
  4. Fresh cilantro, chopped (¼)
  5. Cream, sour in nature (01 ½ )
  6. Corn
  7. Limes, garnishing (02)

Directions –

  1. The first step towards Mexican grilled corn is to remove husks, don’t do anything to the core because you simply need something to which you can hold
  2. Clean your grill and then heat it for a while at medium heat
  3. Take a small size bowl and add cream, mayonnaise, and cilantro
  4. Mix well
  5. Once your grill is properly heated, grill your corn
  6. You need to turn corn on the grill, occasionally
  7. Grill for about 12 minutes.
  8. Spread sauce over the ear and sprinkle parmesan
  9. Spread Mayonnaise mix
  10. Put some lemon juice and parmesan
  11. Sprinkle some chili powder

 

Grilled chicken

Ingredients –

  1. Balsamic vinegar ( ¼ cup )
  2. Olive oil (02 tablespoons)
  3. Lemon (01)
  4. Mustard (02 tablespoons)
  5. Sugar (02 tablespoons)
  6. Minced garlic cloves (02)
  7. Worcestershire sauce (01 tablespoons)
  8. Oregano, dried ( ½ teaspoons)
  9. Thyme, dried ( ½ teaspoon)
  10. Rosemary, dried ( ¼ teaspoon)
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper
  13. Skinless, boneless breasts ( chicken breasts, 04)
  14. Parsley leaves, chopped (02 tablespoons)

Directions –

  1. Take a medium size bowl and add lemon, olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt, oreganos, thyme, pepper, and rosemary
  2. Mix well
  3. Take a Ziploc bag and put the mixture inside it and the skinless chicken as well
  4. Let it marinade overnight
  5. Don’t forget to turn it occasionally so that chicken observes the mixture properly and get coated properly as well
  6. The most important part is to heat the grill
  7. Once done with heating simply place the chicken over the grill and keep basting as well as flipping.
  8. Put some more marinade on the chicken
  9. Use parsley to garnish
  10. Serve hot.

  

Easy grilled bacon

Ingredients –

  1. Wine, dry (1/4 cup)
  2. Olive oil
  3. Teriyaki sauce (1/2 cup)
  4. Garlic cloves, chopped
  5. Slices of bacon (08)
  6. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (04)

Directions –

  1. Take a dish, a medium size dish and add wine, garlic, and sauce in it.
  2. Mix well
  3. Add breasts and coat properly
  4. Cover it properly and then put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours
  5. Keep turning the chicken occasionally
  6. Preheat grill
  7. Wrap 2 strips of bacon on each of the chicken piece
  8. You can use toothpicks to keep them in place
  9. Grill till you feel that they have turned firm
  10. The bacon needs to be crispy in nature
  11. Grill for about 10 to 15 minutes
  12. Serve on a platter
